2012-04-25 - New Machine!
We are very happy to announce that we have ordered a Ab Coaster CS3000. This ab machine is used in gyms around the world. The gym owners we have talked with say this is one of their most popular pieces of equipment in their gyms. You can check it out at www.abcoasterclub.com. It will take 7-10 days for it to come in, and another couple of days before we can get it put together and in the gym.

We have two spin bikes now. Let me know if you think we should add another.


2011-10-06 - Work Out Buddy
I put a sign up sheet if anyone is interested in finding a work out group or buddy. You can find it in the lounge room.


2011-08-31 - Spinning Room
I just ordered a couple of spin bikes. We are starting off with two, a tv, and a spinning tape with three workouts. The room can fit more bikes but we want to see how popular the room is before we order more spin bikes.
